Tava Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
- 150 g okra
- 100 g small eggplants
- 2 medium red onions
- 100 g potatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mango powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chile
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard, green powder (methi)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
Directions
- Dress and silt all vegetables.
- Mix all ingredient and stuff in every piece of vegetable.
- On tava or frying pan heat oil.
- Gently place vegetables,silt upwards and simmer on flame.
- Turn occasionally till tender.strain and serve hot.
