Tatertot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1⁄2 onion (chopped)
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups tater tots (frozen bag)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown onion on stove in a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add ground beef to onion and mix until meat is cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper, remove an excess fat from pan.
- Add all ingredients together and put in sprayed 9x12 casserole dish.
- Cover top with tatertots.
- Bake in oven for 40 minutes, until taters are golden brown.
