Tarte Au Fromage De Chevre (Goat Cheese Tart)

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, ready made
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Spread the pie crust into a 12 inch tart pan.
- Toss crumbled goat cheese with olive oil and thyme and set aside.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Add the cheese mixture.
- Spread the completed mixture over the pie crust and bake for 35 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
