Tartare Sauce ( Tartar Sauce )

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1⁄2 cup dill weed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice of
Directions
- dump all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- mix well.
- add two egg yolks if desired.
- serve with seafood or fish (I served this with baked salmon steaks).
