Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 3  cornichons or 3  gherkins
  • 12  lemon, juice of
  • 2 -3  teaspoons  nonpareil capers
  • 1  teaspoon  brine, from cornichons
  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 1  teaspoon  brine, from capers
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
