Tartar Sauce

Another Tasty Tartar Sauce Recipe. You can add whatever you like to it after it is mixed. ie: chives, oregano, parsley....... just a few ideas. I use my Homemade Mayonnaise where it calls for mayonaise, but you can use any mayonaise you like.

• Yields: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 2  cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄2  lemon, juice of, a
• 2  tablespoons horseradish
• 2  tablespoons  minced onions
• 2  tablespoons  red peppers or 2  tablespoons green peppers, minced
• 1⁄4 cup pickle, minced
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 2  hard-boiled eggs, chopped finely
• 1  dash Tabasco sauce
• 1⁄3 cup ketchup

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Cool for a couple of hours before serving.
