Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
Directions
- Process first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Turn blender on high, and add oil in a slow, steady stream. Stir in tarragon.
