Tarragon Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1⁄4 cup sweet relish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Drain and flake tuna; add celery and relish.
- Combine the remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Add to tuna; mix thoroughly. Serve on crisp lettuce.
