Ingredients
- 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna in water
- 6 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
- drain tuna and place iun a mixing bowl.
- flake the tuna with a fork.
- whip together cream cheese,lemon juice,horseradish,parsley & garlic powder until smooth & fluffy.
- add tuna & mix well.
- shape into small balls.
- refrigerate for 30 minuites and serve.
