Tangy Whipped Cream

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups 38% whipping cream
- 1 cup 15% sour cream
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
Directions
- In a stainless steel bowl, add the two creams and whip on medium speed until it starts to thicken.
- Add the vanilla and icing sugar 1 tbsp at a time until consistency is thick.
