Tangy Tartar Sauce (Made With Dill Pickles, Not Sweet)

Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced small
- 1⁄4 cup dill pickle, minced (or prepared dill pickle relish)
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice (if not using relish)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (only if a little sweetness is preferred)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, and allow to stand (refrigerated) for at least an hour.
