Tangy Plum Dip

Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow plum jam or 1 cup apricot jam
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest
Directions
- Combine all in a saucepan.
- Cook until the jam melts and bubbles.
- Serve warm.
- Use as a dip for Tofu or oriental dishes.
