Ingredients
Meatballs
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups quick oats
Sauce
- 3 cups ketchup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Meatballs:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into balls and place in a baking dish.
- Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
