  1. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add oats, milk, onion, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Add ground beef and mix well. shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place in two 9"x13" baking pans. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and drain off grease. Place all meatballs in one pan.
  3. In a saucepan, bring the sauce ingredients.
  4. to a boil.
  5. Pour over meatballs. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
