Tangy Lemon Butter

This is the butter recipe we use to dip our steamed artichoke leaves in -- terrific! (This is supposed to serve 4, but we use a lot on each artichoke leaf, so for us it only serves 2.) Show more

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter; stir in lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Mix together and put in small individual bowls for dipping.
