Tangy Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1⁄8 teaspoon a small dash hot sauce
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter; stir in lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Mix together and put in small individual bowls for dipping.
