Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
- In skillet, brown chops in hot oil, for 5 minuts on each side.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Put chops on serving platter.
- Spoon sauve over.
