Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Blend 5 Tblsp. butter, mustard, chives, and parsley. Cut bread into 1 1/2 inch slices almost to bottom crust. Spread butter mixture between slices. Melt remaining butter (1 Tblsp.) and brush on bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Wrap in foil and bake in 400* oven 10-15 minutes.
