- 1 tablespoon curry paste (I use Patak's Tandoori curry paste)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 chicken breasts
Directions
- Combine the ingredients.
- Brush on the chicken and bake for 25 - 30 minutes in a 350 oven.
