Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons tamarind paste
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 mint leaves, chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except mint and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
