Tamagoyaki "rolled Omelet"

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons oil
- mayonnaise (optional)
Directions
- Whisk 3 eggs, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, water, cinnamon.
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil until the pan is coated with oil.
- Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture and spread it. Use chopstick to pat on the egg to prevent air bubbles.
- If the sides of the eggs are bubbling that means it done roll it with a spatula.
- Repeat until the egg mixture is done cut it 1 inch and serve with mayonnaise or other things you want.
