Tahitian Treat Protein Bar

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1⁄2 cups powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup agave nectar
- 1⁄4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 1⁄4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄2 dried pineapple
- 1⁄2 chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line baking pan with waxed paper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Spread evenly onto pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into 20 small rectangles or for fun use a drinking glass to cut bars into circles.
- You can use sugar free vanilla icing to add decorative lines across the bar (this will add an extra 10-20 calories to your bar).
