Ingredients
- 1 medium size banana, chopped & frozen
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tahini
- 3⁄4 cup water (spring water!)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons carob syrup (Can be purchased in health food or Middle Eastern Markets) or 1 tablespoon carob powder (Can be purchased in health food or Middle Eastern Markets)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1⁄2 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
Directions
- Mix it all up in your blender.
