Tagliatelle With Hazelnut Pesto

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ounce fresh basil leaf
- 1⁄4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup soft cheese
- 8 ounces tagliatelle pasta
Directions
- Place the garlic, basil, hazelnuts and cheese in a food processor and process to a thick paste.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well.
- Spoon the sauce into the hot pasta, tossing until melted. Serve hot.
