Ingredients

  • 6  dried figs, quartered
  • 6  prunes, quartered
  • 13 cup dried cranberries
  • 13 cup roasted soybeans
  • 13 cup  slivered almonds
  • 12 cup  100%  all-bran cereal (twig-style)
  • 14 cup  chocolate-covered raisins
  • 12 cup  shreddies cereal
  • 12 cup  Cheerios toasted oat cereal
  • 14 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 13 cup raisins
  • 14 cup  toasted  pumpkin seeds
  • 14 cup  miniature chocolate chip

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Store in zip-top bags or a tightly lidded container.
  3. Variation for High-Energy, High-Protein requirements (in photo): Add ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts, ¼ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup whole cashews, chopped, 1/3 cup chopped dates and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
