Taco Stew--Sooo Fast and Tasty

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb chicken or 1 lb turkey
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1⁄2 cup celery (optional)
- 16 ounces tomatoes with juice (crushed tom.)
- 16 ounces kidney beans
- 16 ounces corn
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning
on the side
Directions
- Fry meat about 5 minutes. Add onion, add seasoning. Fry until onion is soft. Add all canned ingredients WITH juices. Bring to boil, simmer about 10 minutes. Serve on the side: grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives.
