Taco Soup With Venison

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
Directions
- Brown meat & onion. Drain.
- In an 8 quart saucepan add cooked meat & the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer for another 30-45 minutes.
- You can serve this with tortilla scoops. Delicious.
