Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can hominy, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can mrs. grimes chili beans
- 14 1⁄2 ounces canned chicken broth
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- grated cheddar cheese
- Fritos corn chips
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onion, drain.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and fritos in a 6 quart pan.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls and top with cheddar cheese and fritos!
