Taco Soup

This is a wonderful hearty soup and so simple to make. Keeps well in refrigerator.

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 (16 ounce) cans  beans (any kind)
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can water
  • 1  lb hamburger, browned & drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) package  ranch dressing (Dry)
  • 1 (4 ounce) package  taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1  large onion (I sauteed with the beef)

Directions

  1. I used a can of pintos, black and kidney. Not drained. I also didn't drain the corn.
  2. Mix together and simmer
  3. Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and spoon of sour cream.
