Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (11 ounce) can canned corn mixed with chopped peppers
- 1 (15 1/2ounce) can low-fat refried black beans
- 3 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package ranch dressing mix (optional)
Directions
- Saute onion with vegetable oil cooking spray. When softened, combine all other ingredients and cook until heated through.
