Taco Soup

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 1 (11 ounce) can shoe peg corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can French style green beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 1⁄2 cups rice
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
Directions
- Chop up onion and place in skillet to brown with ground beef.
- Drain ground beef and onion and place in large soup pot.
- Add other ingredients to pot.
- Boil on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
