Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄2 onion, diced
- 1 (14 ounce) can canned kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 (14 ounce) can canned pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 (14 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can canned corn, drained
- 3 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup broth or 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons southwest seasoning
Toppings
- cheese
- lettuce
- diced onion
- diced jalapeno pepper
- crushed tortilla chips
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion in your soup pot.
- Add beans, corn, and tomatoes.
- Bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
