Taco Seasoning Mix

Never use store-bought Taco seasoning again! Chances are you already have the ingredients on hand.

• Yields: 3 packets

Ingredients

• 6  teaspoons chili powder
• 5  teaspoons paprika
• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  onion salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in an air-tight container. Mix by shaking well or stirring with a fork. Store in a dry place for up to 6 months.
2. Makes 1/2 cup
3. 2 1/2 T equals one packet of store bought taco seasoning.
