Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 15 ounces red kidney beans
- 1⁄2 head shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 lb tortilla chips
- 15 ounces Catalina dressing
Directions
- Brown ground beef, drain and cool to room temperature. Rinse and drain kidney beans; chop lettuce and tomatoes and crush chips.
- Mix together-add dressing just before serving.
