Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- salsa
- 1 vine-ripe tomatoes
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 (8 ounce) bag cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces tortilla chips
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and add 1/2 the jar of salsa. Keep warm.
- Wash and chop tomato and lettuce. Layer all ingredients, ending with salsa and cheese into 4 bowls.
