Taco Pasta Pie

This is different than the regular taco pies. It uses spaghetti as its crust or shell. It’s very good; I hope you decide to try it. Show more

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and return pasta to saucepan.
  2. Add the butter and egg.
  3. Mix well and press into a 10 inch pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over the bottom of the crust.
  5. Bake in a 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain off the fat.
  7. Add the tomato sauce, undrained chili peppers, chili powder and salt; heat through.
  8. Spoon the meat mixture into the spaghetti shell.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped tomato.
