Taco Mac

Ingredients
- 24 ounces velveeta shells and cheese
- 1⁄2 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1⁄3 cup taco sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, opt (4oz)
Directions
- Prepare shells and cheese mix according to package directions.
- Stir in sausage, taco sauce and seasoning.
- Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
