Taco-Filled Bell Peppers

  1. In lg skillet, brown beef; drain.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, beans and salsa.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut peppers in half lenghtwise; remove seeds.
  5. Drop peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
  6. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture in each pepper half.
  7. Place peppers in baking dish.
  8. Cover and bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
  9. Top each with tomatoes.
  10. cheese and sour cream.
