Ingredients
- 2 cans frito enchalada bean dip
- scallion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 7 ounces black olives
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
Directions
- In Layers.
- 1. Bean Dip.
- 2. Mashed Avocado with Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper.
- 3. Sour Cream, Mayonnaise and Taco seasoning.
- 4. Chopped Scallions, Tomatoes, Olives& Cheddar.
- Chill for about an hour.
- Serve with Taco Chips.
