Taco Cheese Spread

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces land o lakes cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- fresh cilantro leaves, if desired
Directions
- Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add olives, chiles and seasoning mix; continue beating until well mixed.
- Place cheese mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
- Garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetable dippers, if desired.
