Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup dijon-style mustard
- 1⁄4 cup minced green onions with top
- 1⁄4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
- Use to marinade shrimp, scallops etc. for 1 hour.
- For beef, wild game, (IE: venison, elk, moose, bear etc.) pork or any poultry Go for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
