T.g.i. Friday's Jack Daniels Sauce

Yields: 1 cups
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup grape juice
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on any grilled meat or fish -- especially salmon!
