T.g.i. Friday's Jack Daniels Sauce

Great dipping sauce for all meats.

• Yields: 1 cups

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  tablespoon Tabasco sauce
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup  Jack Daniels Whiskey
• 2  cups brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup  grape juice
• 2  beef bouillon cubes
• 2  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on any grilled meat or fish -- especially salmon!
