Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
Wet ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 1⁄4 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients into a very small bowl and set aside.
- Put the remaining ingredients into blender or magic bullet.
- Place a pinch of dry ingredients that you set aside into the blender and blend with wet ingredients.
- Pour into a cup with straw and enjoy.
- Save the remainder dry mix for next time or make a smoothie for your friend.
