Swordfish Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 ounces swordfish
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon mirin
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sake
- 1⁄2 tablespoon water
- Japanese roasted nori, seaweed
Directions
- Slice the swordfish into 3/8” strips. Sauté in oil.
- Add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook the swordfish until well glazed.
- Remove from pan and wrap with strips of roasted seaweed.
