Swiss "french" Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1  teaspoon salt, sea
  • 1  teaspoon pepper, fresh, ground, black
  • 1  teaspoon mustard
  • 10  ounces olive oil
  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 3 12 ounces vinegar
  • 1  egg, small
  • 2  teaspoons  cream
  • 18-14 cup water (more if necessary)

Directions

  1. Blend together all the ingredients except the water in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add enough water to give a lightly coating consistency.
  3. Put in a screwtop jar and place in the refrigerator until needed.
  4. Use within 3-4 days.
