Directions

  1. Split English muffins and broil until lightly browned.
  2. Top each half with a fourth of the crab meat.
  3. Place a slice of tomato on each.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Put back under the broiler briefly until cheese melts.
  7. Serve while hot.
