Swiss Chicken Quiche

Serves: 8-10

Yields: 1 9-inch quiche

Ingredients

  • 9  inches  unbaked pastry shells
  • 2  cups  cubed  cooked chicken or 2  cups turkey
  • 4  ounces  shredded swiss cheese
  • 2  tablespoons flour
  • 1  tablespoon  wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon or 1  tablespoon  steero chicken flavored instant bouillon
  • 1  cup  borden milk or 1  cup  meadow gold milk
  • 3  eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped green bell peppers
  • 2  tablespoons chopped pimiento

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
