Swiss Chicken Quiche

Ingredients
- 9 inches unbaked pastry shells
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or 2 cups turkey
- 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon or 1 tablespoon steero chicken flavored instant bouillon
- 1 cup borden milk or 1 cup meadow gold milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
