This is a yummy chicken dish for two that I got from e-mealz. Serve over steamed rice.

  1. Mix wine and chicken soup.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup water and herb stuffing.
  3. In square baking dish, layer chicken, cheese, soup mixture and then stuffing mix.
  4. Spray top with fat free butter spray.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
