Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bunches swiss chard, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- salt and pepper
Directions
- saute garlic and crushed red pepper
- add swiss chard, cover (4 min).
- add beans and tomatoes (4 min).
- salt, pepper, lime.
- simmer until sauce is reduced.
