Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute for Diabetics

Being a diabetic is hard. It's difficult to find everyday ingredients. However, if you use some of the "in-a-pinch" recipes and make your own, you can substitute the sugar for Splenda and **HOPE** it turns out right. This did and it's really opened doors for me as a dessert maker. Show more

Directions

  1. Stir milk powder into cold water until dissolved.
  2. Microwave 1 minute or until steaming. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
