Sweet Walnut Soup (Intxaursalsa Recipe)

Ingredients
- 2 liters milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 300 g chopped nuts
- 300 g sugar
Directions
- In a pan place the chopped nuts, milk and cinnamon sticks.
- Boil for about 30 minutes, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Serve hot or warm in individual drinks and sprinkled with cinnamon and a few sprigs of cinnamon as a decoration.
- We can also accompany 2 caramelized pecan halves and a few sprigs of mint to decorate the plate.
